Create Msacess 2003 database to extract specified text and paste it into another field

Create an Msaccess 2003 form that will find and extract specified Text and paste it into another field. Database should contain 2 tables and 1 form. Form contains a ComboBox, Records in an editable Datasheet view, Update Button and Exit Button. When form is opened all records from the Items table are displayed and the ComboBox displays "ALL". On the AfterUpdate event of the ComboBox records are displayed that contain the specified Color anywhere within the Description field. Update button extracts the Color from the Description text and pastes it into the ItemColor field. Any resulting double spaces should be replaced with a single space. If the first character is a Space it should be removed. The update button only works for records where the ItemColor field is null. This means once a record is updated it cannot be updated again unless the User has updated the Item Color field to Null in the Datasheet.
