I need assistance with the below. you must be an expert in Microsoft exchange and DNS setup. I require proof of experience relevant to below. You must have excellent English skills. I will log you into my machine remotely and get you access to the exchange server and DNS setup. You need to be on skype the entire time, explaining to me what you are going to do before you do it. Further details of problem being experienced can be provided to successful candidate.

essentially our email server, Microsoft exchange 2013 is reporting itself as "removed for privacy" and it needs to report itself as a valid resolveable DNS name, as "removed for privacy" is not a valid name, and does not exist.

This can be a common misconfiguration in MS-Exchange/DNS, and can further be supported by appropriate forward and reverse DNS entries.

The fix is to do all of the following:

1. configure exchange to advertise itself as a known/reachable/public host)

2. configure DNS to include the address for this name

3. configure reverse DNS to suit the name created for the email server. (optional)
