I have ticked the budget at $250-$750 but I really have no idea what it will cost. Please just bid your best price. The project is turn a standard Android tablet into a point-of-sale advertising unit for shops. There is an app to run under Android on the tablet, and a Windows program to set up the script from which the app will know what to do. I attach a detailed description of what we are looking for.
