Android Article Viewer

Main purpose of the app is to store/display articles. Content (article intro text, main article and pictures) has to be customizable. Every article should consist of a picture (.jpeg, horizontal, 4:3 ratio, max screen width), formatted intro text, and optional 'read more' field which redirects to the next page showing formatted main text of the article with another picture on top (.jpeg, horizontal, 4:3 ratio, max screen width). All content needs to be accessible offline. From the main article page app should allow to go back to the intro page of the article and back to main menu from there. Main menu should consist of a picture on top (.jpeg, horizontal, 3:2 ratio, max screen width), followed by titles of the articles that redirect to the intro section of the article. Application should work in both vertical and horizontal orientations (please allow the auto rotation to be switched on/off in the app settings – default off) Main flow: [login to view URL] app opened User sees a customizable splash screen with company/app logo while the application is being loaded. 1a. When app opened for the first time User sees pop-up notification with customizable app/version info (formatted text, preferably html). Info page should be also accessible from the app menu. 2. User should be then presented with the main menu with picture and article titles 3. When article title accessed, it should redirect to intro section of the article, pressing 'read more' button should then redirect to the main article 4. Application should have a 'close app' menu option so that user can close the app without it running in the background We want to be able to add our content to the application, content should be offline, no need to update it after application is built, content = pictures, article intro and main article. Articles – both intro and main parts - consist of formatted text, please propose a format, preferably html, and a way of adding them to the application, e.g. xml configuration file. As mentioned above, both sections of the article (intro and main) have their own pictures that need to be customizable as well. As a result, we would like to receive a complete eclipse project ready to: 1. have the content added, 2. be compiled/built 3. be released on android market. We require full copyrights for provided code/app. In your proposals please put examples of similar jobs and details of the proposed application.
