Android digital brochure and form data with video

I have an urgent requirement for the following Digital Brochure - Viewable on a Hanspree SN14T71 13.3 inch tablet which is running Android 4.2.2 The app must be the only thing viewable on the tablet so the other buttons must be disabled and the app can only be exited with specific instruction (you need to tell me how) It must auto start when the tablet boots. Main menu page with 8 buttons Buttons 1-5 - page flip type brochure You will have 5 PDF documents to sort out. They range from 2 pages to 27 pages in length and just need to flip forwards and Backwards and home Button 6 - Plays Video 1 with sound Button 7 - Plays Video 2 with sound Button 8 - Leave your details - Form data captures data. blank form .. enter details - Name, Address, Email, Phone number etc and select which of the 5 things you would like to receive information about. Save all text to a database or a simple txt file that we can retrieve each day This MUST BE COMPLETE BY SUNDAY MAY 18th... don't bid id you can't do it ...please Please be totally confident you can do this before you bid.
