Hello, I can do it for $20 (i got my corporate limit here for now). Please answer my questions and if i can do it then you need to edit project budget or recreate the project. I'll provide first version in 2 days. 1) Where should excel file be transferred: to sd card or to internet? 2) Is "CSV" format ok? 3) Is it ok if you pay $10 after final app testing but before source code sharing? 4) Please sign the app yourself, i don't want to know your private key credentials. Hi, could you give more details in general and about the last sentence in the requirements specifically? what's is the extension of the excel format you mean, I think CSV files would be easy to read in android, but xlsx would be difficult I guess. do you need graphical art work in GUI? I'm not a graphic designer in that.
