Develop an Android Karaoke Player

I have a media USB player that plays karaoke files. Unlike ordinary CD+G karaoke files that consist of a cdg file and mp3 file, the files I have consist of one file which has both the graphics and audio. The format is MCG. I would like to be developed for a simple Android Karaoke player that will play these MCG karaoke files. Attached is a karaoke file of the said format. If I play this file on the PC, it only plays the audio (It is recognised as an mp3) However, If I play the same file on the Karaoke Machine it plays the audio and also displays the graphics. Once we are successful in developing a simple android app that can play this format, then we shall proceed on with the successful freelancer to work on other functionalities of the application, as the next project.
