Android Autostart Kiosk Media Browser

Android APP which shows a browser in full screen kiosk mode. The browser should show html5 media (image / video / html) in a slideshow. It should have one URL and should cache the content so it keeps working (on local cache) when internet connection is lost. And the app should start on boot of the android device (it's a small mini android device with hdmi). The purpose is to have some LCD screens in our shop to display nicely the images in a slideshow. Later also video and something like a weather html page should be shown in the slideshow. We don't want to load the internet connection unnecessarily so an image or video resource only needs to be downloaded once, but it should check whether the slideshow (html5 page) is renewed and then it should nicely refresh and reload the image and video media.
