Android/iOS/Win Child Development App (Serious Bidders Only)

I am looking for freelancers experienced with Android, iOS and Windows Mobile application development. I am looking to create free and paid apps for each platform marketplace. The details for the app will be discussed via PM only because I want to make sure everything is documented. I will not speak to any bidder via Skype or any other form of communication until I hire the best bidder. If you are the bidder selected for this project you will be required to fully communicate with me your progress. I will need to see your previous work examples before I hire the right bidder.
