Hello, I am expert to create chat application on iPhone & Android Platform. SCOPE OF PROJECT: === 1. The application will be developed as Chat app on iPhone & Android platform. 2. There will be 2 Panels - a) Administrator b) User Panel & Administrator will be able to manage and control the user profile and other features. 3. The User will be able to text & Video chat to their friends. 4. The User will be able to change the application’s chat wallpaper & save photos whenever receive from friends. 5. The user will be able to choose application’s profile picture & change status. 6. The user will be able to broadcast application’s message to many contacts. 7. The application will be used an open standard Extensible Messaging and Presence Protocol (XMPP). 8. Messages will be encrypted plain-text format where the cryptography method will be used. 13. Authentication is with phone number and verification code sent via text (if required). 14. Payment gateway will be added. 15. All the requirements will be fulfill as per requirements 1.
