Complete iPad/iPhone camera App

Hello. I am having some difficulty with another project. The freelancer that I hired seems to have abandoned me with a half complete program. I am waiting until my dispute has been resolved, so that I may move forward with my other projects. The original freelancer has done half of the work, but if you may be open to completing the project please let me know. What you would be required to do in order to complete that project would be this: - finish implementing wifi/bluetooth controls (90% complete) - implement user options - finish implementing app UI (i have all art assets created) - implement Dropbox functionality (some work completed) - implement flash controls (on/off/use as light) (some work completed) - correct camera zoom function - test app with me After wards there is to be a second portion of this app to be released later, and I would hire you to do this and for all updates. I know the project cost is low, but that is because the majority of the work that you will be doing is organizing the user interface, and cleaning up the other freelancer's code. I will pick a winner by Monday, May 31.
