I'm looking to create an app that will that will allow you to take a photo, tag it (using per-made tags in most eras or free entering in one or two) and save it. you then have the option to search it by those tags. I will do the design and UI, I'm looking for someone who can program it. Ideally, I want to create it as a universal app for the iOS, and to see how much it will be to do it also for android and other platforms.
