Creating an iOS and Android 2D Game App

I need a very experienced iOS and Android developer to make a game. Please take note of the following details:
- Artwork and audio files will be provided for the game
- the duration for development is six weeks
- relevant tools in the latest Xcode release should be used
- game should be iOS 8 compatible
- Skype meetings would be held twice a week to give updates on progress
- Using Cocos2D and Box2d for development would be preferred as compared to others
