Dating app for China market (iPhone/Android)

Note: This project requires being able to read online documentation which is only in Chinese. Therefore a freelancer or web company with fluent skills in mandarin is preferred. (Although Google Translate might be able to do the job) We have designed a dating app aimed for the Chinese market, with functionilty similar to T i n d e r. We will provide you with the complete UI, including original design of each screen in required formats and with clearly defined instructions of functionalty. All graphics and buttons in various states will be produced by us. We need an app developer with a strong track record from previous projects, on both iOS- and Android-platforms. For a complete list of requirements for your bid, please use the T i n d e r -app as a reference, and quote as if you we're building the same app with all its functionality. Please also provide us with examples of your previous projects (app development projects only). Hoping to find a developer we can also work together with on other future apps that are in the works.
