Developers needed for an iPhone and iPad Photo Game

We require a developer(s) to create a Game based on photos for the iPad and iPhone. Also future project to create same game in Facebook. The App will have a certain degree of complexity. The successful candidate (team) will: - Be willing to work closely with our team to plan the development of the app, and offer suggestions to our team. - Be willing to sign an NDA - Develop, test and finalize code that will pass technical review by the Apple Store. - Have knowledge and experience of database driven Apps - Have knowledge and experience of developing a multi-user app - Have knowledge and experience of connecting the app using social networks (Facebook, Twitter) - Have some graphic design skills or a working relationship with a professional graphic designer - Regarding architecture, we would like the selected team to be able to advise and offer suggestions in this area. - Architecture must be scalable, to eventually allow thousands of concurrent users of the application. - Data could be hosted in the cloud (would like developers to suggest/decide) - Database architecture suggestions More details will be provided to the selected Freelancer. If all goes well, we will look to continue other projects with the selected Freelancer. We are wanting to work with the successful FreeLancer beyond this project so we are looking to build a good solid foundation during this project. We have a logo for the app, but will need assistance with the graphics to be a more interactive and visually engaging interface. If you can also provide the graphics and animations as well that would be a positive inclusion. Please note and include this in your quote if graphics/animations for interfaces can also be supplied. I am happy to agree to milestone payments during the project development. These will be formalized with the selected Freelancer. All source code must be documented and provided during development. We will review all code created as development progresses. All code(app) will need to be tested before project is finalized. We will also expect documentation to be provided with the final application such as step by step processes to upload new photos to the app (Admin Panel needed) If you have existing work you can point me to that I can review, that would certainly assist with this opportunity being made available to you. In particular I am looking to see interactive and engaging user interfaces.
