Add features to Game App

Hi, I need additional features added to my app: [login to view URL] The game is built in Build Box and I will provide the source code Features needed: 1)I would like to have an image of my company shazamapps added while the game is loading. 2) As soon as the game begins, it asks people to log in using their Google play account or iTunes account On the front page, I want; 3) in the top left corner showing the stars collected 4 ) the top right corner showing a mailbox icon, through which people can send me emails regarding questions they have about game improvement. Emails should be sent to azapps86 at [login to view URL] 5) in the bottom left corner I want a no sound Icon 6) Next to no sound Icon, we can have a character's option and people can choose characters such as strawberries, apples, oranges, coconut, mango, pomegranate, celery, carrots, and onion. Each of these automatically unlock when 50 stars are collected. Meaning, at the first 50, strawberry unlocks, at 100 stars, orange and apple unlocks, at 150 stars coconut, mango and pomegranate unlock and at 200 stars all the characters unlock. There can also be an in-app purchase option for $1.99 to unlock all the fruits and vegetables 7) there should be a leaderboard/share the link to the game button for people to share with friends 8) A rate the app button When people are playing the button 1) there should be a pause button 2) A star icon showing how many stars have been collected When the game is over We can have the sound Icon, share icon, choose character icon, like Facebook page icon. Note: can there be an in-app purchase option where for $1.99 people can buy all the characters? Also, I will need the app to be uploaded to my iTunes account.
