Android Pad application

Hi,

I am working on a small project of mine where I need details of marketing activity from my field force using 5 or 7 inch android pad. The developer I am looking for need to work with another programmer of mine who is taking care of web part of the application. As I need the development parallel and i will reuse the developer for other project I want to give the project in sub part to multiple programmer. I prefer to work with freelancer so as they can deliver in my budgets ( i am not looking to spend high amount).

I can give details about the project to developer once they confirm their willingness and show me some sample which i can download on android pad and see. Otherwise i can give a requirement for evaluation to see if the capability exist.

I also need an idea of cost for an application which has

1. login screen

2. 4 navigation screen ( each screen has around 10-13 fields )

3. data need to stored in local db using sql lite

4. sync option which calls json web services to update data to backend server.

Please also let me know timeline for developing the same. My web developer is in india so he can coordinate with programmer who are in india time zone.
