It seems you want to use local(mobile) database to store all data. Using MVC it can be performance feasible while working with high amount of data. Would you like to store Login credential in device itself or in database only. In first case, if you uninstall the App, your login credentials would be safe, but in second case, it will be deleted. What type of notification you would like to see ? Any local data based, or something else
