App to Control Monetary System-game between Friends

We need an APP to take payments online and distribute payments systematically We have a game but it is too complicated to use only whatsapp, we are loosing track of chats and new invites.... need to centralize the payments in US Dollars with an easy to use credit card system We need a solution to centralize payment then to distribute payments.... Also we need to keep control of the chat, the "game" structure and data To start only in US Dollars via Visa or Mastercard need rigorous accounting control to and follow up payments need a chat where users of payment "A" can chat and add users need a chat where users of payment "B" can chat and add users Every payment needs to have Name and Lastname, phone number, and email to enter the "game" Someone to understand the full structure of our system and provide a smart easy to use online solution in different languages. It needs to be sophisticated and easy to use completely multi-language. No mixing languages. Users must be able to select the language of the app and no read other language than the selected one.
