I need an app which has a bot like display on the front end and on the backend it can display the messages to a pc screen managed by an indication. Some response can be automated with default answers, some can be assigned to other persons/departments and others can be answered manually. I should be able to change the default responses, add menus in answers or assign departments names.

App should be able to show notifications for instant offers and pages related to these offers along with booking and payment and order confirmation email. These offers will be sent by backend operator manually to individual persons or a group. There may be some common notification to all users but mostly by the backend operator. The backend operator shall be more than one with abilities to manage specific clients or all clients.

Some static screens with info about products and contact us, feedback and locate us is also required.

Access to the main app will be through a login code which will be generated in the backend page by entering client details manually. This code will be given to client and he will be log-in into the app with his profile to start conversation with the bot.
