I am working on a High Level Design and wire-frames that will be available in a week.
Essentially I want a mobile app that is subscription based that allows users to access information pertaining to commercial property. Users that subscribe to the service will have the ability to enter information about the property (location, size, electricity consumption) as well as have the ability to upload documents for the property (condition reports, surveys, etc).
Assuming I am a Property agent, I will subscribe to a service on this application that will allow me to enter all my properties and specific details, be able to upload documents related to each property, and have the ability to share the information with my clients.
At this stage I am looking for a prototype, the basics tightly wrapped in a slick user interface. This app will then extend to become a Desktop application.
the application will need the capability to create accounts, pay for a subscription to the service and contain security features whereby an account holder can decide who to share the information with.
I'm more than happy to set-up a skype conference call to go through this in detail.
I expect a prototype of an app can be delivered on one platform only for now, such as apple. It can then be extended to include other platforms. In terms of timelines, I would expect a working prototype within 2 weeks. The application will obviously need a back-end database server, preferably in the cloud.
Developer of this app also needs some forward thinking on how to turn this into an application that is used on a desktop. But the idea is to get a mobile version with the basics developed as a prototype to kick-start the subscriptions.
