Convert PSD to Android XML (layouts)

We have 3 PSD files that need to be skinned and ported to Android XML format. We also need XML layouts for 2 dialog boxes and in the tasks windows just the XML for the top bar and the tabs. We'll hook up the UI code, so the layout and skinning is what we need.
