Create chat app with sharing feature

Requirements:

1. Create a chat app that can be used to share snippets of conversations and images to a collage page (like instagram).

2. Chat app is capable of creating chat rooms with up to 5 people who have the app.

3. Chat rooms names and icons can be edited.

4. Chat app color scheme is customizable.

5. Collage pages consist of saved conversation snippets and/or images that can be tagged and posted to a global collage page or the users private collage page.

6. Global collage pages function like instagram

7. Private collage page also functions like instagram, but only viewable by 'friends'.

8. Must use Parse for backend.

9. Preferably use Chat template: [login to view URL]

I am fully aware that there are tutorials available to create this app from scratch, I just do not have the time, i.e.: [login to view URL]

I know exactly how much this app should cost to build. It should be very little effort to take a template and develop it as the requirements state.
