Create from scratch a PhoneGap app starting from existing one using SenchaTouch and add new features

I've a PhoneGap app where used plain JS and we've to change using jQuery etc (I've few object in app... only 7 pages with input, select and date fields) Change accessing the DOM elements and use AJAX requests jQuery can be used. I'll provide source code of working app but we've to recreate from scratch using Sencha touch for manage all code Speed up app in scroll pages applying load record per pages after X items (as in other app where when we're at the end of list of items, app loads new items) Fix 4 small problem in a filter pages Change menu structure applying another style menu; I'll provide layout details and info Change layout buttons layout Check features Add "favourites" feature Add maps feature Add PhotoGallery feature Add new areas "Profile" where manage: details, gallery, calendar Make update process and list scroll fluid, start and robuste After closing this step.... we'll work on new features (other bids), we're looking for a coder for a longtime partership on this project! Project must be created using XCode and not creating a mobile web site. I need an app! I need code day by day for show work in progress App needs to work on iPhone and Android devices
