Write an Android application

Hi, I have got an e-commerce aap. I want to get the following modifications done to it: 1) The user donot need to create account, only need to fill up address details at the end of first order, and the app should save it as account details, and auto fill on next order. The mobile number to be used as unique identifier (so that a user cannot create more than 2 accounts with the same cell number). Admin should be able to edit customer text fileds from admin panel if required. 2) Add comments/instruction text field with the cart/order, so the user can provide instructions if needed. 3) Bring search bar on main screen as well as on sub screens 4) To help with search option, the user should be able to search same thing with different spellings or words (e.g table or tabel should bring the same results, television or tv should bring the same results). We can add another column in database that contains all suggested spellings or words for search purpose. 5) Hide Paypal payment option, dont need it for now but may use it later. 6) Provide a view of discounted products on the main screen, which keeps changing so all items in specials are displayed over time. (The aap already allows admin to apply discounts on any item) 7) Change interface layout, color scheme to make it more appealing 8) When the item is added to cart, it seems a bit unclear for the customer to confirm that the item is in shopping cart, I suggest a small screen pops up to say that the item has been added, and upon clicking OK, the item detail view should go back to the previous view (the "search results view" most likely) 9) Can the results be filtered in real time so that as the customer starts typing, all results matching with the text start displaying. e.g if customer types, "C" Chips, Chocklate, Coke, Canola should all appear, but as he types "Ch" the results are narrowed to Chips, Chocklate and then if he writes "Chi", only Chips are displayed 10) Add Normal delivery charges to the order. The admin should be given the option to change delivery charges (e.g delivery charges below 1000rupees 150, delivery charges below 500, 200 rupees, delivery charges above 1000, 0 rupees. Give user the check box to choose express delivrey, and if so, the delivery chrages will be higher (which the admin can adjust). 11) The aap should be able to sort most frequently ordered items by each customer and should be able to display them to the customer if he/she requires (in favorite items display) 12) Hide items which are not available in inventory 13) The first time a user opens the aap, he should be asked to select city and suburb he wants to get the order delivered, so that the aap can indicate if service is available in his area. 14) Create a new screen for administrator based on google maps, where the admin can flag every address that sends orders, and if he roll over the flag, it can display summary of the customer, e.g number of order, value of order, last order date (and other information)
