A web site donation platform ( supports mobile browsers)

I'm Evan from $Dohnate As a working demonstration only, I need you to develop a simple mobile website or app for iphone, windows/android The site/app will mimic how a fully developed solution will allow people (givers) to quickly create an account with a wallet to budget their donations amount (transfer into it $ via bank transfer , bpay or credit card ) and then to $dohnate money to a registered charity or individual (recipient) via this $dohnation wallet or directly thorough to a recipient Bpay number or official account As an agent of a charity an individual may have their own Bpay number or identifier so they receive the funds from a "charity as the sponsor " in cash or kind A collector could also be registered to do good work for a charity and receive a modest stipend as a % of the $dohnation ( save the charity time in paying them directly ) The back end aspect of enabling collectors will require tax details and other compliance aspects so this is not a high priority in demo and is background wizard of OZ stuff only This app will allow charities to collect money from people in the street or in various channels without using cash or collecting cash and banking it , and will make door knocking much simpler to manage and organise for fund raising campaigns Methods to donate to an individual including for one off impulse donation, scanning of bar codes , keying in a ID , if permitted by an individual / charity other photo id or phone number details could be entered and verified. The website / app must be very very quick to download and register and set up for the person donating and the charity , its agents as collectors The back end for charities and direct recipients ( people in need) will be a little more robust in the fully developed model The back end administration will also allow setting up of regular donation via a bank account/paypal/credit cards for the person donating and the associated administration of each transaction will incur $donate processing fees, on a sliding scale of the $amount . Top ups to the givers $dohnation wallet will be down in this area as well etc The whole model will eventually allow for the tracking and aquittal and accounting for all funds in a secure cloud based database , this sophistication should be shown in the menu structure / application architecture even if it is not functional in this demo version
