a .net backlinks software - forum profile backlinks tool

I need a new piece of software developed - to create forum profiles and backlinks. Something like Nuclear Backlink The software should require minimum user input to work. User setups profiles including keywords to spin and links to use ... Simple tab based interface would be good. Required Features: User will search for keyword and specify forum type and software will scrape resulting urls and be coded to be able to signup to them - including [login to view URL] support for auto captcha solving. Url Title Shown plus Pagerank (can give some code help in .net for this if needed) User will also be able to generate emails using the software from included random list of first / last names Emails Confirmed/Verified by software Software will then be set to run a schedule of backlink posting - can be for example user says make 10 email accounts, then signup for forum accounts, confirm accounts, post backlink, report results. At scheduled time, with random specified delay between actions, the software begins and completes, and reports. Will accept both free and paid proxies - if proxy not working moves to next and continues task
