CRM SYSTEM lead management and billing

We are looking for a CRM and billing solution all in one OR a crm that may act as a plugin to outlook. Also it must be able to batch send out bills and email out epk pdf business proposal and track phone calls and be able to perform a whois lookup by the operator clicking on the url from within outlook. You must be able to show me sample of a crm you have done in the past and we want the source code. Also most important is all sales personal must be able to see data real time... so say 15 members are logged in entering data and sales people have up to the minute acces to the latest data... once a lead becomes a sale it is sent to paypal or googlepay for payment and needs to be tracked there as well.
