We are looking to create an offshore credit card payment gateway much like [login to view URL], wolrdpay, [login to view URL], etc etc. or clone of the same.---THIS IS NOT for assistance Integrating to a payment gateway, this is for the payment gateway itself, just like the above mentioned companies with the admin side and merchant side for providing merchants accounts to internet merchants and third party processing to the same. Attached is the general features and services this gateway will perform but we have purposely left out some of the features until we pick a coder. You can make your bid based on the detail in the attachment and if we choose you we will submit our other specs and you will have time to amend your bid to include these other features. We will also offer the chosen coder part time employment supporting the gateway and integrating new merchants, 60-80 hours per month. This is optional and declining it will have no affect on any other part of the work. We are looking for someone who understands payment processing and gateways or at least credit cards and e commerce and ask PLEASE DO NOT reply with the standard "dear sir we have looked at the project and feel etc etc., if you do not clearly understand what this job entails. Please include an attachment with your reply with your experience only relating to credit card payment processing or gateways, any replies /bids without this attachment will be ignored. We are not hard to work with just not into wasting time replying to unqualified bidders. Thanks’ for your time
