We need a programmer / web designer / a team to create a freelance employment platform, similar to Odesk for [login to view URL] We need very well functioning website which should be very easy to use. You should have a very good understanding of how Odesk works. If you have done GAF / Odesk clones in the past – please send me the links and also please show us the works you had done similarly. It should have the same features, similar design and I am looking for a quick turnaround time, Please DO NOT offer scripts like [login to view URL], [login to view URL] or other standard scripts. A DEMO for the same or similar project will be highly considered. Please DO NOT bid if you are planning to provide any of the ripped off cheap versions available out on the internet. We have checked all of them. You will be REQUIRED to create a PHP/MYSQL version of the website that hosts all data and can perform all functions of the ODESK site. Including reporting functions plus graphing and member profile with portfolio. Online Test will be integrated to the site and freelancer's profile (please refer to the ODESK site) We will pay you only after completion of the project and would be released when all the functions were fully tested. No advance payments. This is not a penny job, so please bid with confidence and make sure you can fulfill our requirements. This will be just the start of this site so the programmer awarded this job will be paid additional for all future needs we may have to modify and add features as we may need in the future. We hope to create a LONG TERM working relationship with a quality programmer here. Thank you
