Clean Up Application

Hi, we are searching for an developer or development team for developing a clean-up application. The software needs to be written in C# and it required excellent skills in developing Windows tools. The software uses the DevExpress framework for GUI components. You can learn this easily but if you know the DevExpress components already then this is great. Important: The project will require concentrated *full time* work for about 2-3 months. Please bid on the estimation of full time work for 3 months. After bidding we will send you a detailed description and the GUI, which we have designed. Afterwards you can choose if you can realize everything in time and budget or if you need more. You will need to closely cooperate with us and you'll need to be available for a skype or MSN/ICQ meeting every second business day for dsicussing the status and next steps. Requirements: There are some requirements that are absolutely necessary: -The Software must be safe to use and bug free. -It must be usable under Windows Vista and XP with all editions (32 Bit, 64 Bit). -It needs to be written in pure C# (.NET) only -It should be written clearly with a good class structure and a separation between the logic and design so that we can change the form design easily Deliverables: 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition 2) We should receive a ready-to-go ZIP file containing a Visual Studio project that we can compile out of the box. 3) Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement)
