Hi Assuming the report is already ready and probably its a crystal report. The name of the pdf printer needs to be stored somewhere (like a .ini file ) It can be like first time the user selects the printer which gets stored in the .ini and 2nd time onwards it becomes automatic Thanks Rajesh
