Develop a Mac Application - Project Time Tracker

I would like to make a small time tracking app for Mac. Where someone can create a project and start and stop the timer. Specs: Application would: Reside in system bar Store all information Create new projects, Project Sub-Tasks Store the projects and tasks - logs time and associate with the projects, and sub tasks, users can add time manually and associate with tasks. Close / Reopen project - for when the project is finished Add information about projects: Project Name Client / Company Name Max hours Project Completion Date - When the project was completed. Design: I can create the design, but overall it would be a simple flat design. I am always open to new addition ideas but the overall app will be the property of myself in the end. I would be looking for someone who would design this small program as well as periodically be hired to update it with fixes, additional features, etc. If you have any questions don't hesitate to contact me, I will answer them as best I can.
