Hi, My name is Colm and I'm an engineer and software developer based in Sydney Australia. I'm new to freelancer and very excited to get a few projects under my belt so I'd be very happy to take on this project for you. I have lots of experience developing apps for both Mac and Windows so I feel I'm well suited to this challenge. Examples of recent work would be: Windows: Machine polling application for a manufacturing machine shop which collected real time state data from 100 machines and populated data to a database. The app allowed admins to configure data collection settings on a per machine basis. Program loader for the cutting machines mentioned previously. This app simply allowed machine operators to push machine code to their machines from a central console eliminating the previous requirement to load programs manually with SD Cards. OS X: ISP usage monitor. A menu bar app to provide usage information to customers on a fixed data allowance. Notifications would be sent when usage was nearing cap. Joomla component creator. A convenience app used to create file structure for Joomla CMS components. It allowed users to provide code templates for the component files and configure database tables.
