Create ( set over) old site to Joomla

Hello We looking for a Joomla expert and programmer. ( joomla, php, mysql, AJAX ) ( see attachment for full deatials, please only react when you did read details and can do the job on a secure way) 1. create a Joomla template as in description ( see attachment ) 2. set over a excisiting website ( content) to the Joomla 3. add extra options like forms, pdf from form and send to client and admin 4. store the forms in admin of joomla and add search option on name, email etc in the forms) 5. It must be posible to change the tempalte, ( so change templates and or go back to original( joomla templates must be usable in future changes) 6. No add-ons of Joomla, Joomla is only the basic cms 7 some other options as in attachment All details and requirements are in attachment, as detailed as posible.
