Custom post types with grid view for wordpress

I need some WP customization done. Custom Post Type with Custom Meta boxes and the views for them. Each Custom post type will have: -custom metadata -general grid view. On the grid view I need to be able to ajax filter the posts by multiple meta-data -post view for individual items (displaying the picture and all meta-data). -ability to import all data from a .csv file (file will have link to pictures and all meta-data)(some metadata will have multiple values - example- Color: red, blue) I need 7 of these – let’s call them modules. All are very similar, just minor differences between them (mostly different individual item view and meta-data will differ). The reason I need them as modules, I want to be able to install any number of modules on my sites (example on one site I might need just 1 module; on other site I might need 3, or all). Also on sites with multiple modules, I need one more grid view to display all custom post types before displaying the grid view for that particular post-type. As far as "installing" the modules on different sites, if there’s a way to import the settings (custom post types and metaboxes) I need for that will work too. And run the .csv import with data, at the end. I will provide a sample .csv file for the import; sample mockups for the grid views and individual views. I do require communication by chat before awarding project, just to make sure we are on the same page and there are no communication issues and/or misunderstandings.
