Custome FBML tab for FB Fan Page

FBML developer required to create custom tab for our fan page that allows our fans only to send up to 20 free text messages per day. Sending the text messages will be handled by us so all that is required is for the necessary data to be posted to us from the script. FBML page will have 3 fields only and a checkbox consent - one field is for the senders mobile number, second is for the mobile number where the message is going to and third is a textarea for enteritng the message. additionally there needs to be a character counter for the textarea which counts down from 140 characters....and permits only 140 characters to be entered in the textarea. The tickbox consent needs to be next to some text saying "By using this service you agree to our terms"....and terms is a hyperlink popup containing terms of use for the service Need a countdown showing how many messages they have left to be sent today...each fan is limited to 20 per day When send is pressed, the form needs to clear and present a message to the person (ajax saying "Your message has been sent" or "Sorry you have used up all your credits for today") The script needs to then send data to us containing the necessary data so that we can automatically process the text message send requests. Graphic compoments will be probided but will need some basic manipulation and the look/feel needs tobe done in our current style/colour design
