ASP Accouting Package

The project is to create and accouting package in ASP. The ledger a/c and the cash book is to be created. The project goes this way :- B4 u read below ..if anyone has already created an Accouting Package which means a cash book and a ledger account. THe user should be easily able to create ledger accounts for any [login to view URL] clients. I dont want complicated ledger accounts i.e. if a payments is made it goes to expenses A/c and the Bank A/c **PLEASE DONOT CREATE A PACKAGE WHICH DOES THIS THING** **I WANT A VERY SIMPLE ACCOUNT PACKAGE WITH CASH BOOK AND LEDGER ACCOUNT WITHOUT ANY ACCOUNTS BEING LINKED.** Its better to have a look through below of what I need and then make it better. I am posting a zip format file . there is a file called [login to view URL] please refer that for the details of the project BUT please DONOT link any account with any account..cos I need it SIMPLE ONE SMALL FORMULA SHOULD ALWAYS BE KEPT IN MIND 1. If the BALANCE IS DEBIT at the OPENING OF THE ACCOUNT then : DEBIT -- - -- ADD TO THE BALANCE CREDIT -- -- - DEDUCT FROM THE BALANCE 2. IF THE BALANCE iS A CREDIT BALANCE AT THE OPENING OF THE ACCOUNT then : DEBIT -- - - DEDUCT FROM THE BALANCE CREDIT -- - - ADD TO THE BALANCE and thats all you have to do...Isn't it EASY ? say if I get a new client then I should easily be able to open an account for the new client through GUI and if anyone of you think that this application needs some GOODD really GOOD features please do add . Features anyone thinks that will help my accountant for any type of accounting reports. One more thing I need to also get an Yearly , monthly, Weekly or user defined days (from date - to Date) STATEMENTS i can pay $20 for this thingy I am adding a file of how the ledge should look like . BYe!! ## Deliverables The package should be easy to use as the users have very little knowledge on computers plus it should be very easy for the accountants to add and delete any accounts. **PLEASE : MAKE IT SIMPLE dont make it a PROFESSIONAL Accounting Package.
