ASP or PHP coding for complete website

*** We are only looking for competent individuals with experience & ability to dedicate on this project. If you bid you must be the programmer that will work on this project. NO TEAMS OR OUTSOURCING.

We need a programmer to code in either JSP or PHP for our website. We will have the design completed and ONLY need the coding. This is 2 websites but more like 1 website that is divided into 2.

Purpose of the websites are for English teachers, recruiters & students in different aspects. Website A will be an english website for teachers and recruiters. Website B will be a korean website for students. The two sites will interact for one major function which is a classified style function where teacher applicants from the english site can selects student applicants from the student site and vice versa.

Please note: as the Korean site is in Korean, programmer must be able to coordinate DB fields that will be in both English & Korean.

Major functions-

Website A (English site):

1) Classified. Where students will post their profile through the application on Website B and be shown/selectable through website A. Information will only be released after payment through Paypal payment gateway.

2) Recruiter posting job posting board. Post will be able to be made after payment through Paypal payment gateway.

3) Resume Board. Where teachers can post resumes. Resume Board will be accessable after payment through Paypal payment gateway.

Website B (Korean Site):

1) Classified. where students can select teachers that completed application in Website A.

2) Application for advertising banner

Admin:

1) All major functions that this type of site would require + few other small functions.

Others:

1) Automated emailing for english site. Automated emailing & SMS for korean site (we will need to help you with the integration).

Minor functions:

- will include things that might be included in a website like things.

Note: there will need to be much communication. If you cannot dedicate to communicate then do not bid.
