ASP Project: develop user software to manage street teams

Software will require a user and admin level. It will work like a mailing list, but with a pleathora of extra add-ons. The software will be used to management street teams for music acts. It will be very complex in features so it can be easily customized for each of our customers wishes. The admin side will have 4 levels, and will include such basic features as: accepting users, database extraction if user in database matches a certain thing we prescribe, etc. ## Deliverables At completetion of alpha phase, so we can test the software, 25 percent of the funds will be sent to coder. At completion of beta phase, after beta version is available to test online, 25 precent more of the funds will be sent to coder. Code in final format must be received on disk and installed on server of our choice before final payment is received. Complete invoicing will be serviced at the alpha, beta, and final stages. It will be KPME's duty to provide for all expenses accrued up to each point, and upon receiving payment, the next phase of development shall begin. Failure to receive payment after 30 days will invalidate any contract. KPME shall receive no code until final payment is issued. Within two weeks of receiving the initial design, coder will provide a limited alpha-version of the site. KPME will then be given the opportunity to verify that contractual obligations are met. Within two weeks of KPME's recognition that contractual obligations are being met, a beta-version of the site will be delivered. It will be KPME's duty to create a list of any and all bugs found within the code, using a bug submission method to be provided by coder. Varying with the amount of bugs, but not to exceed two days per bug, KPME will receive a final copy of their site. Coder will assist in the installation of it on an appropriate host, to be chosen at KPME's discretion. However, prior to KPME's contractual agreement with said host, coder will ensure that the code will work, provided all information on the host is accurate. ## Deadline information We must have the entire project done within 4 weeks.
