ASP.net 2 MSSQL Document system

**Purpose of the software** To allow company users to share information with clients for each of their projects. The information that is shared is in the form of a document, word, pdf, rich text, or other. Information is uploaded to a project that is within a client profile. Clients have 1 or more projects. Client users can also upload or create a document and place into a project. **Users** All types of users can add/edit/delete/create/move/rename/zip and download/lock/unlock/??subscribe to??/add comment - files and folders of a project. ( this is the permission part) **System build** I want the system built in asp.net 2.0 and I want to use infragistics webgrids (we will give you this) for the document lists. It will allow us to easily add sorting and grouping functionality. System must use sql server. If your good at AJAX then lets add that. If you need upload components we can give you that. Secure system access is important, I don’t want any easy hacks or injections here. Don’t go crazy on this or spend tons of time but just make pretty safe (maybe we can add some encryption in phase2) **GUI** We will do the gui design for you. I will work with you during all phases to make sure you have everything you need on the layout and interface parts. I will provide all icons/images/graphics for you. check the attached for more info and specs with images ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
