Add a user ASP.NET web page with email verification

**Outline: ** This is a ASP.Net, VB.Net, Visual Studio 1.1 project. Need the page /signup/[login to view URL] to input into a MySQL table when filled out. It also needs to check that the user inputed all required fields in the database and prompt user to fill in ones that were left out. An email needs to be generated to the email address with a link that the user clicks on to verify address. That link should lead to a second page in the /signup/ directory that verifies the address and tell the user provides a link back to the home page. The website that the project will be implemented on is <[login to view URL]> and you will be provided with a user name and login allowing you to user Visual Studio .NET which should be version 1.1 to be compatible with the other work that is being done.
