Display private and travel agent apartments, houses , rooms etc...

Price must be included and is different during the year

(5 diferent prices in a year). Standard data for ap. and owners should

be displayed. Also the flag if property is for sale could be included

and listed in separate listing. Left menu could have quick links for

different ap. Fe. 3 person, 4person etc. and simple search option.

Pictures should goes to separate dir (not in .mdb).

5 pictures min per object.

User should be able to upload data and pics to teh site!

E-mails could go to data base and be send to owners!

Everything eles is a freedom of programer to do.... so do not ask for

specific fields in dbase...

## Deliverables

1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.

2) Installation package that will install the software (in ready-to-run condition) on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.

3) Exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
