We need an ASP.NET CMS application to build a site that is interactive with the end user. We would like to have the following components within the CMS; 1. Newsletter ??" so we can send out a weekly / monthly letter to our VIP members that have signed up with SMTP integration so we can enter details of the mail account we can send from. 2. Login / register module with customised creation access roles. i.e. admin, host. Would like to have the option where the user will have to be verified when registering. When the user logs in they will be directed to another page we can choose from 3. Banner advertising management 4. Need a design module to be able to create pages, insertions, layouts etc 5. Website menu system based on CSS. 6. Logo insertion 7. Database management via MSSQL 8. Integrated User Forum 9. Able to integrate pages like now playing, history pages that are automated by SQL / SAM 10. Able to upload files 11. Able to change the CSS style at any time for future modifications 12. Monolithic style selector!? 13. Keyword insertion 14. Affiliate management I will only consider bids from the UK, USA and 100% fluent english speaking coders. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
