Classic ASP and PHP coder is needed(repost)

I need a coder that is proficient in CLASSIC ASP and PHP. The coder needs to be: 1) Responding to work assigned and posts on daily basis. 2) Have good command of English language and no spelling or grammar mistakes. 3) Have a good and immediate access to internet for quick responses. 4) Work fast 5) Work independently 6) Be able to troubleshoot independently. 7) Upload work to RAC and my server on daily basis. 8) Work if needed full time. The coder needs to be very proficient in CLASSIC ASP and PHP. I have a lot of work and once I chose the coder, I will upload here the work to be done and the todo list.
