Classis ASP Script Install & Configuration

We need to install and configure a classic ASP script that we used to run several years ago and would like to start using again. The script is not running live anywhere right now, so we can not show you an example. The scripts are attached.

There are email addresses, company names and file paths hard-coded in the script. We would like to have them changed to constants and placed in an include file.

This will be a new installation on a HostGator Windows shared hosting account. There is nothing else on that shared account. The database will have to be created. The schema is attached.

I prefer to have the work done on your server and then have you transfer and configure everything on our server one the work is completed and tested.

Installation and testing to be conducted in two phases:

Phase 1

Setup server to support script.

Create database and enter a few test records

Install and configure script

Convert file paths and email addresses to constants

Initial end user testing

Phase 2

Execute changes and fixes as identified in Phase 1

Transfer to our servers

Final end user testing and acceptance

We do not anticipate requesting any changes to the existing functionality. However, should required changes be identified during Phase 1, you will have the opportunity to submit a change order reflecting your additional fees.
