Conversion of program from Russian to English

Good day ??" ? I am in need of someone to view and translate a program from Russian over to English and verify that the program works. The program is written under GPL so copyright is not an issue. Most of the work has been done, but needs to cleaned up in code and tested functionality. The idea is to have the program self contained and be able to run from CD. Once should have experience with Device Driver installs in the windows environment. Will need someone that can digest code (WSHELL, etc, scripting) to make sure that the product is bullet proof. Once done, an .iso can be completed for testing. I am not familiar with the package or the inner workings of the program so will need some one that is a self starter/thinker.
