Web Interface

I have a large Document Management System developed in VB.Net. Mainly build as desktop-app, and a small part as web-app. And this should be made completly web-based, wpf style. But it's not finsihed yet. Mainly interface designing is needed, but also the re-designing of structure will be part of the first job. Other jobs to be done are digitally signing of PDF-docs, workflow, reporter-application, an app for building House style documents integrated in complete system. In general, a lot of things which can be done with documents will be part of the total system. The interface we use is office 2007-style. But the screens needs to be re-designed. Both for desktop as well as for web. Based on WPF. We used Telerik and Infragistics(old version) for the interface, but if possible I only want one component, so it will have one uniform look. We also used software from Atalasoft, but we need to replace by software from GDpicture. because this one is having runtime free licenses. For indexing we used DTSearch. But complete redeising of the application is needed. I am searching for a long term relationship. And only want reactions from people not woking on their own. Because I have really lot of work to do, too much for 1 person. Very important part will be design of interface of complete system. All our apps should have 2 flavours, desktop and webbased, and if webbased most of will also run in a SOA-architecture. I am only looking for comapnies with a minimum of 2 developers and if that small, at least 1 of them should be very skilled in interface-designing. Communications will mainly be done via MSN or Skype, but I will also visit you/your company frequently. Certainly in the beginning I want daily contact and summaries of work done.
