asp v2 vb.net gallery creating

We require a gallery adding to our existing site that allows photos and tags to be added to each establishment, the photos and tags need admin or moderator approval via a control panel prior to becoming live any moderation to these will turn them back into moderation mode. 4 of the most recent thumnail photos will be shown on the main page and clicking view more will take them to a seperate window allowing the thumnails to be view, photo tagging will be added to the photos to allow easier searching! a moderator control panel will need to be created allowing moderators to approve photos and delete inappropriate ones, the main admin account will allow the admin to assign moderators to the establishment. and the moderator may have several establishments to moderate. if no moderator is assigned to an establishment there will need to be a way for the admin to approve photos and comments etc. this will need to be done in asp.NET v2 as a vb.net (visual studio project) should not be to difficult to anyone who knows asp.net ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
