**General**
We have a worker in our company that is responsible on making a weekly newsletter to our customers. He uses a web content manager. This is not a trivial way for him to do it. On the other hand he knows how to work with word and this is the easiest way for him to do it.
**Thus, the process will be as follow:**
1. The user will make a doc file
2. The user will Send the doc to specific email address that I will give him (not mandatory, see remark 1)
3. There will be an asp script that will check the pop3 and will download the doc (not mandatory, see remark 1).
4. The doc will be converted to html. The images and the html files will be saved.
**Remark 1**:The .DOC file can be upload to the server instead of taking it from pop3 (insted of point 2,3 above)
**Remark 2**: The font can be Multilanguage
**Remark 3:** This should work on a shared hosting. OS is 2003 with .NET.
